Spiritchat is a platform to bring together spiritual consultants who voluntarily offer their service on the platform and the client.

 

Article 1: Definitions

It is prohibited as a consultant to provide medical advice and / or statements to the consumer.

Spirit chat is not a client, but a service and a network for consultants and consumers to bring together.

We are not liable for any malfunctions in the system if this cannot be traced.

Consultants work on an independent and self-employed basis on Spirit chat, the platform.

You can read the conversation with the consultant. And or print it if desired.

Refunds and / or returns, fees are excluded.

 

 

 

 

You agree as a consumer with the general terms and conditions when you create an account and use our platform and the available independent consultants.

 

The Agreement is concluded when the Consumer creates an account on the Spirit chat.nl Website

 

The Entrepreneur's services consist of offering an online opportunity to contact a Consultant with regard to obtaining paranormal insights, as well as providing services, coaching and giving advice and guidance in the field of personal development.

 

The services are purely intended for entertainment purposes and no rights can be derived from the insights obtained. The Consumer accepts that the Entrepreneur can check the data supplied by him and the behavior of the Consumer in connection with possible violations of these general terms and conditions.

 

 

The language of the consumer in the conversation is not allowed

 

Contain threatening language, and or

contain racist language.

Do not contain offensive language

to use illegal texts, images and / or sound material

Entrepreneur can at any time carry out maintenance or have it carried out on the network, servers, websites and the like.As a result, services may be temporarily unavailable. Entrepreneur cannot be held liable for any damage and / or third parties. Availability of services cannot be guaranteed.

 

Entrepreneur is in no way responsible or liable for the consequences of the conversation between consultant and consumer.
